10 days delayed of period, am i pregnant?

Hi good day po, I am a first time mom and I have a son who is already 1year and 4months now. I need help regarding on my situation now and im starting to feel something wrong with me. So my problem is dapat po nung July 9 or 10,11 darating mens ko but untill now wala parin and I do also do some PT but negative lahat, Ung una sa dalawang PT the last day ko lng sya tinake paggising ko sa umaga, then ung last is ngayon ngayong 3pm lang at negative parin. Can someone help me to know if natural lang yung tagal ng delayed ko almost 10days na, o may dapat na kong pangambahan? naiisip  ko po kase bka ectopic pregnancy kaya natatakot po ako kase ngayon lng nangyare saken na madelayed ng 10days po. Hey mama, I understand your worry kasi first time talaga na ganito, but honestly 10 days delay with negative PTs could be a lot of things, sometimes stress, hormonal changes, or just your cycle adjusting pa lang, especially if you're still breastfeeding your 1 year old. A few of my mum friends had delayed periods months after giving birth and it turned out normal lang. But since you're really worried about it and the uncertainty is making you anxious, I think it's best to see your OB para ma-rule out everything and get proper peace of mind, they can do a blood test which is more sensitive than home PTs.
