That white discharge is actually pretty common sa newborns, it's usually just vernix (that waxy coating they're born with) mixed with baby's natural fluids, pero since she's only 2 days old and this is your first baby, mas safe talaga na i-mention mo ito sa pedia or midwife during check-up para ma-confirm lang na all is good, lalo na since nakikita mo siya every time she poops. A few of us moms went through the same worry kaya totally gets it, pero okay lang na magtanong para matulog ka ng mahimbing! Wag ka mag-alala too much, pero better safe than sorry with newborns talaga.
