Feeling bloated, hard tummy and like with acid attack!

Good day momshies kindly help me with this, do you have any suggestion how to get rid of this! I'm 6mos and 8days pregnant on our 1st baby... Normal lang ba to o mapapadals ganitong atake at my stage. #firstbaby #1stimemom #pleasehelp

same po tayo 26 weeks here.. binigyan po ako ni ob ng pamparelax ng tummy kasi madalas din naninigas siya lagi kasing upset stomach ko.. niresetahan din ako ng gaviscon for acid reflux..

hindi daw po normal ang palaging hard tummy..
