Fussy Baby

Good day mga sis and mamsh! Just wanted to ask if you experienced the same? My baby is turning 4 months old. Nung 2-3 months siya he started sleeping through the night. Pag nagigising siya all I have to do is tapik tapikin or padedehin siya (EBF po ko), pero these past few nights lagi siyang umiiyak. I try to bf him, changed his nappy tapos hinehele ko pa sya. He'll just calm down lang kapag yung tipong hele ko eh yung talagang halos maalog na siya. Growth spurt ba to? If so, bakit ganun po? Enlighten me please po lalo na mga experienced moms.
