Worried/confused

Good day mga mommy! LO is turning 7 mos this October. Nung nasa 3 mos sya nkikita nmin na he is trying to roll over and ng sastart na din sya mag coo but around 4 to 5 months sya ng ka sakit sya. Pabalik2 kmi ng pedia almost 2 months din na nonstop antibiotic pabago2. Then nung 6 months sya ng ka pneumonia, high dose antibiotic binibigay ng doctor sa kanya. After his meds nging medyo okay na sya ngtransfer kmi sa probinsya pra fresh ang lahat. So far okay nmn na si LO. We also changed our pedia parang d sya effective. Now im worried kasi start nung 5 months sya nung nagkasakit parang nastop din yung motor skills nya pati pag coo nag stop. 😔 yung tuhod nya nanganagtog pag pina tayo. Minamasage ko after bath and before bed time. Possible ba mommies na dahil sa medicines esp antibiotics eto? Any reccomendation ano pwd gawin to regain his strenght? TIa
