Good or bad to buy a playhouse for toddler?

Kids love playhouse. It's like their own space. I made one with my kids out of Cardboards. It's foldable so I can put it aside once they are done. I paste whiteboard around the playhouse and a sign too. So they can pretend it's a cafe or shop.
