14 month-old DIARRHEA, please help ?

Re: Pedia (Diarrhea for 5 days now) 14 months old, exclusively breastfed, 9.6kgs. Diarrhea started last April 9. ?During the first 2 days, liquid po ang poop niya with rashes all over his rectum and scrotum area. ?Medications given: Hydrite and Calmoseptine. On the 3rd day (Apr 11) ? Green poop with mucus, jelly-like. 4-5 diaper changes a day. ? Continued to give hydrite and calmoseptine. 4th day (Apr 12) ? Dark green poop; 3-4 diaper changes a day. Rashes are still on. Today (Apr 13--5th day of diarrhea) ? Yellow green poop; 3 diaper changes as of this writing. ? Dumami po ang rashes sa pwet pero nag subside na yung sa scrotum area. Continuous po ang paglalagay ko sakanya ng calmoseptine. Ano po kaya ang pwede niyang itake na gamot to stop the diarrhea? please help. thank you. ♥️
