Constipated 6 weeks pregnant

Hello, going 4 days na ko di napapa dumi which is really not normal for me. First pregnancy din kaya I don't know what to do or eat para marelieve ung constipation ko. Hindi din kasi sumasagot OB ko. #firsttimemom #pleasehelp #advicemommies

Hi I'm 7 weeks preggy now. Same tayo as in super constipated minsan 5 days before maka poops, drink lots of water and kain ka ng fruits na mayaman sa fiber or mga watery fruits. Yung oby ko may nireseta na hinahalo sa water pang anti constipation pero ayaw ko uminom kasi diko type lasa.
