Set a routine and follow it. Try nap 2pm - 4pm, then let baby play run around (pra mapagod and exercise na rin), dinner, bath time, read books then dim lights na. Kahit ayaw matulog, just lie down with him. Hayaan mo sya ikot2, no toys na dapat. Makakatulog rin siya. 😊
iwasan bigyan ng nap late afternoon or early evening. don't give foods din na nakakahyper like sweets near bedtime. establish bedtime routine, if you can dim light sa gabi.
