What is this

My girl has been growing this on her back quite a few days . It spread till her neck … in fact all over her body now . Does anyone know what is this ? Is it normal ?

It looks like heat rashe but yet same time like chickenpox. Best if you are unsure to have it check ASAP for doctor to examine.
