My baby is getting sick from cold and fever quite constantly

My baby is 2 yrs and a month old now She is getting fever atleast once a month from last 8 months we r visiting to doctors also they r treating her but then again she is getting sick next month no one is giving exact answer why? Is it common in toddlers?is it because of teething?i m quite confused and worried help me out mommies.
