Gestational diabetics during pregnancy, any mummy can share what are the diet plan ?

I'm consult with my doctor, he will calculate how much calories that i need in a day. He also will prepared a menu what should i take n how many i can take. for eg:- every morning i can eat 4slice wholemeal bread with a cup of milk or juice . pls get advice from your doctor for help
