diabetic here, not just GDM. avoid carbs, starchy and sugary foods and drinks po. sa case ko allowed ako ng endocrinologist na 1cup rice per meal pero most of the once or twice a day lang rice ko, ung other meals ko oatmeal with hit water and some salt.. kumakain din ako nuts kapag naghahanap ng mangangata bibig ko more on fruits and vegetables plus onting portion ng meat... 9k lang ang madaming fish basta wag iyong may high level ng mercury.. if iinom ng drinks or kain ng food, check niyo po sugar content.. ang kinakain ko lang nung usually 1 to 2g ng sugar content lng.. drink lots of water po.. mataas din po sugar ng maternal milk so di ako uminom nun during pregnancy, binigyan lang ako reseta for calcium tablet
