Hi there! Congratulations on your new baby! It's totally normal to have questions about postpartum healing, especially when it comes to stitches from a vaginal delivery. Generally, stitches from a normal vaginal delivery can take around 4-6 weeks to fully heal. However, every person's body is different, so it's important to listen to your body and follow your doctor's recommendations. To help with the stinging feeling, you can try taking sitz baths, which are warm, shallow baths that can help soothe the area and promote healing. You can also ask your doctor about using over-the-counter pain relief medication, like ibuprofen, to help manage any discomfort. As for foods that could help with healing, focusing on a healthy, balanced diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables, and protein can support your body's natural healing process. Remember to take it easy, stay hydrated, and get plenty of rest as your body heals. And don't hesitate to reach out to your healthcare provider if you have any concerns or questions about your postpartum recovery. Take care and all the best! https://invl.io/cll6she
