Congrats sa baby mo, mama! Usually doctors say wait around 4-6 weeks bago maglaba ng heavy, pero honestly best ask your OB sa check-up mo kasi depende sa healing ng wound mo, a few of us waited the full 6 weeks, pero iba-iba talaga. For now focus lang sa rest at wound care, wag mong i-stress ang sarili mo, the laundry can wait!
