Ay congrats mama! That's such a beautiful birth story, and honestly ang galing mo, from 4cm to full dilation in that timeframe, you're a warrior talaga! I love na simple lang ang approach mo kasi totoo, walking and staying active really does help with labor progression, at ang faith mo nakita talaga sa outcome. Maraming first-time moms dito nag-panic sa proseso, pero seeing your journey na calm, prayerful, and trusting the process ay nakaka-inspire talaga for the rest of us.
