Ay, alam ko yan, first time mom stress! Honestly, 5x a day is still normal para sa 11-month-old, especially if exclusively breastfed pa or mixed pa lang, some babies poop more, iba naman onti-onti lang talaga, kaya don't worry too much. Ang importante talaga ay ang consistency, kung soft lang pero hindi runny, at wala siyang signs of discomfort (like crying or redness), you're good na. A few of us mums in my circle noticed na when babies start solids around this age, the poop changes so much, color, frequency, texture, kaya normal lang yan flexibility. Of course, if napapansin mo na may blood, sobrang diarrhea, or she seems uncomfortable, best to check with her pediatrician lang para peace of mind mo!
