Hindi ko na gamitin yan for my kids, pero alam ko it's usually a clear or slightly yellowish liquid na cough syrup, some of my mum friends give it to their toddlers pag heavy ang phlegm or productive cough, yun talaga ang purpose nito! Better to double-check the bottle label or ask your pharmacist kung ano exactly ang brand na binili mo, kasi may iba-ibang formulations eh, and laging better knowing what you're giving your baby.
