Hmm, I haven't heard of Ganilia before so I'm not familiar with what it contains lah, but if it's making you nauseous in the morning, taking it before bed sounds like a reasonable try, a few of us have found that certain supplements just sit better on an empty stomach at night. That said, nausea from supplements can sometimes mean your body needs food with it, or it might not agree with you in general, so best to check with your doctor or pharmacist first to see if bedtime is actually okay for this one specifically and if there's a better way to take it. Sometimes they have specific instructions on the packaging too!
