BCG Vaccine

Hi! So from what I know from taking my kids through their vaccines, the BCG takes a bit to show its effectiveness, it's not like you'll see something right away. Usually around 2-3 weeks after the jab, you might notice a small bump or scar forming at the injection site, which is actually a good sign that it's working, but the actual protection builds up over several weeks to months talaga. Best to ask your pedia during the next check-up kung may specific concerns ka about how your baby's reacting, kasi bawat baby ay different at they can give you the clearest answer based on what they're seeing.
