Hi FTM here at week 31. I had sleep problems starting 2nd trimester but during that period i can at least fall asleep (only issue that period was waking up 1-2 times middle of night and can’t get back to sleep after) .
Am in 3rd trim now and I could barely sleep despite going to bed at 10.30pm. It’s so tiring as I still have work the next day. Often awake till 1-3am. Tried relaxing music and it didn’t work. Sometimes it’s due to baby being active that keep me awake. It got so bad that i rely on drowsy antihistamine to knock myself out twice every week to get proper sleep.
Any tips?
