I haven't given birth sa CTK Las Piñas myself, but I know maraming moms dito sa community na nag-deliver there, your OB being affiliated there is actually a good sign kasi they know the hospital well na! Best thing to do is mag-ask directly sa OB mo about their rates and what's included, and if pwede ka ring mag-tour ng maternity ward bago ka mag-deliver para ma-feel mo ang setup. You're doing great preparing ahead like this, at sigurado kang magiging okay lahat sa araw nyo!
