Aaaw mama, I can feel your worry! Honestly, diaper rash usually improves within 3, 5 days with proper treatment like what your pedia prescribed, kaya hopefully your LO will be feeling better soon. Since she's on day 5 na with the mupirocin and zinc oxide, I'd say check in with your pedia again if it's not showing improvement or if it's getting worse, sometimes rashes need a different approach or there might be something else going on. In the meantime, make sure her bum is really dry before diaper time (I use a clean cloth to pat gently, hindi wipe), limit how long she stays in a wet or dirty diaper, and if you can, give her some air time without the diaper para mabilis mag-heal.
