No heartbeat at 2nd ultrasound

Hi FTM here. I was told by the doc tt I have SCH (subchorionic hematoma) during my 1st ultrasound at week 5, but baby is good as long as I don’t bleed. Dr even detected a heartbeat and flicker. Today, 3 weeks ltr, we went to another clinic for a 2nd opinion and did ultrasound (both normal and transvaginal) but the Dr was unable to detect any heartbeat and cldn’t find any flicker. I haven’t had any bleeding. I even took the pregnancy test again to double check if Im still pregnant, and yes its a double line. Is this normal? #firstbaby #advicepls #FTM
