Mommy, I know you're nervous, pero please go to the hospital or call your OB right now, 40 weeks with contractions and the symptoms you're describing shouldn't wait. Better safe than sorry, lalo na first time mo pa!
Honestly, labor signs can be confusing, especially FTM, kaya ang safest is let the doctors check you properly para sure. A few of us mums have shown up thinking it's false alarm and turned out we were already in active labor, the doctors will know agad kung kailangan mo stay or not. Don't worry about the drive, anak mo na ang importante ngayon!
