Missed miscarriage

My friend just had missed miscarriage. Like she doesn't even know she had miscarriage until she met the doctor for monthly visit when the baby is in 12th week. How often this happen? And since no symptom how to figure out earlier?

same like my situation... at 12 week i also don't realized that baby died almost weeks inside my womb.. there are no any symptoms but i only noticed the white discharged mix with slightly pink color spotting.. even when ask to doctor, they will said that one normal unless its become red color bleeding... i just go to clinic for my vaginal discharge, n doctor ask to scan ..she also scan for so long.. then she told that my baby died ready almost 2 weeks.. 😢i can't beleive tat time bcoz no any symptoms...
