Sayang, I haven't given birth at FPP Sungai Buloh sendiri, tapi a few of my mum friends did deliver there around that time and they were generally happy dengan service and doctors, very professional and caring. Best you ask in the FPP Facebook groups or WhatsApp mummy circles, sebab banyak mums there baru deliver and boleh share real experience macam berapa lama waiting time, ward condition, cost breakdown, semuanya! Kalau nak, you boleh juga call their labor ward directly to ask questions pasal their procedures, they're usually helpful. Good luck with your first baby!
