There’s no good or bad milk, just suitable or not. My baby took NAN Optipro.
You have to trial and error to see which brand is suitable.
Common signs that it’s not suitable:
Allergy/constipation/diarrhea
It depends and varies with babies. My first born is good with Nan but my second has constipation when taking Nan. My friend highly recommend Aptamil though
