Same like when we are pregnant i think, no raw meats, no cockles and oyster and limit caffein consumption.. no alcoholic drinks.

I only avoid alcohol, the rest are all OK. Most of the stuff we eat won't get transferred to the breastmilk

Sashimi is milk booster. But eat moderate ok. Cockles and oyster I tried to avoid

No seafood especially for csect as wound will take very long to heal

Alcoholic drinks and tea, coffee caffeine rich drinks.

I avoided uncooked food during breastfeeding
i stuck to the same as pregnancy in case.
