Oh dear, I haven't heard of this happening to anyone in my circle, but birth injuries like collarbone fractures do happen and they're actually more common than people realise. I'd really encourage you to follow up with your PD or KKH about the healing timeline and what follow-up care looks like, because they'll want to monitor it properly and make sure there's no nerve involvement. Most of the time these heal really well on their own without needing surgery, but your doctor will give you the best picture of what to expect for your baby and whether polyclinic visits or specialist follow-ups are needed. Hang in there, these things usually resolve without lasting issues.
