Pwede mo search sa app na to regarding dyan pero eto ang mga alam ko:
-soft cheeses
-undercooked or raw meat, fish and seafood.
-Fish/seafoods high in mercury like tuna
-pre-prepared or unwashed fruits and vegetables
-Organ meats - in moderation like liver dahil mataas ang Vitamin A content nito na pwede maka harmful sa pagbubuntis. Kung keri pwede iwasan.. kung kasama sa cravings paonti onti lang dapat.
-undercooked or raw eggs -pwede magka salmonella
-unpasteurised milk
-alcohol and softdrinks
-caffeineted drinks ( pwede less lang 200mg/day)
- avoid green papaya can cause premature contractions
- in moderation ang grapes.. yun pineapples sabi ng iba bawal di ko lang sure siguro pwede naman in moderation lang..
- spicy -pwede eto basta hindi ka constipated.. kaya pinagbabawal din kasi pwede rin maka cause ng sakit ng sikmura ng buntis..
- canned / processed products -syempre mas healthy ang natural foods.
