Ay, mama, this sounds like something that needs a doctor's check-up right away, especially since may pain ka at it's new to you. Hindi ko dapat mag-assume what it is, pero alam mo na yan ay hindi normal para sa'yo, kaya please don't wait, call your OB or go to the nearest clinic/ER para ma-examine properly.
