It’s normal when you start breastfeeding, apply nipple creams after each feeding. Use a warm massager or massage while showering with warm water to relieve the sore. Your nipples will eventually get used to the sensitivity overtime. I won’t advise you to give up nor don’t give up because it’s your free of choice. Do what it’s best for your sanity. 😊💪🏻
