Hindi ako from CDO, sis, pero a few of my mum friends have given birth sa both hospitals at pareho silang satisfied naman, mas importante talaga kung saan ka comfortable at trusted mo ang doctors mo! I'd suggest visiting both, talking to your OB kung saan siya available, at asking other CDO moms in local Facebook groups kasi they'll have the freshest feedback on current services there.
