Rushes around the ears ay usually just heat rash or normal baby skin irritation, super common sa newborns, lalo na pag mainit o tight ang damit/blanket around that area, kaya make sure loose and breathable ang clothing niya. Since it's his first time showing this though, better check with your pedia just to be sure it's nothing else, para you'll have peace of mind!
