Aww mama, red palms on babies can be normal sometimes, pero better to have your pediatrician check it out para sure, could be heat rash, allergy, or something else na kailangan lang tingnan in person! A few of us noticed similar things with our newborns din, and honestly nakaka-worry pero most of the time minor lang naman. Get it checked kasi mas comfortable ka na rin if doctor gives you the all-clear, at least you'll know exactly what to do.
