Honestly, start with the basics, pureed sweet potato, banana, and avocado were lifesavers for me kasi walang cooking required for the last two, and sweet potato you can just boil and mash! Once baby's ready for finger foods, soft-cooked vegetables like carrots and broccoli, plus scrambled eggs and well-cooked rice are super easy and filling, though I found my daughter preferred mashed potato over anything else for a while (hehe, basta carbs!). The trick is hindi kailangang fancy, simple, plain foods without salt or sugar work best, at least dito mas okay kaysa sa store-bought stuff lalo na pagmahal, so I'd rather spend time cooking simple meals na alam ko kung ano ang ingredients.
