#firstmom   Hai momy semua  anak saya totally full BF ada masa dairet BF ada masa sy Pam & kasi dalam botol susu .Tapi bila kasi dalam botol susu sy tgk dia terus jadi kembong perot & kalau nak berak megamok lain macam & terus nampak dia tak selesa kalau isap dlm botol saja sy tgk dia terus kembong perot 2-3 hari belarutan dia moody sakit tak selesa perot & nampak dia tak ceria mungkin tak selesa kembong & berak -berak . #ingintahu  momy ada pengalaman sama ke ?

Aww mama, this sounds like it could be a feeding transition issue or even a bit of nipple confusion, a few of my mum friends experienced similar when switching between direct latching and bottle! Kembong perut and the change in poop consistency after bottles is quite common, tapi since baby baru 1 bulan lebih, better check with your pediatrician or lactation consultant to rule out latch issues with the bottle or if there's something else going on, especially since baby seems uncomfortable and moody. In the meantime, try pacing the bottle feeds (let baby control the flow more) and see if going back to more direct latching helps, usually babies settle once the routine stabilizes.
