Oo, possible talaga kahit walang period pa! A few of us mums actually got pregnant ulit agad even before the first period came back, nakakasurprise talaga. Breastfeeding does delay your cycle, but it's not a guarantee na protected ka, especially once you start doing the deed. Best to check with your OB para sigurado, especially after a CS, kasi importante ang timing para sa recovery mo pa lang.
