Yes. I've been taking folic acid even before I found out I'm pregnant (my husband and I were already trying to conceive back then). Better daw na mag-start early according to my OB :)

Mas safe pa rin po kung prescribed ng OB yung folic acid esp. since pregnant na po kayo :)
