Eh I haven't tried Similac lactose free specifically, tapi a few mum friends kat playgroup gave their babies lactose-free formula because of tummy issues lah! Kalau anak ada gejala seperti bloating, constipation, atau loose stools after regular formula, lactose-free might help, but best check dengan paediatrician dulu okay sebab sometimes it's not lactose intolerance pun. Since first baby, better to confirm with doctor apa exactly yang anak kena before switching formula, takut sia-sia je.
