Ay mamsh, you're so close na! 38 weeks and 3 days is already full-term, so your baby could come anytime now, ang mild contractions at sakit ng bala mo ay signs na your body is preparing, pero hindi pa siguro kung ito na ang active labor. A few of us FTMs waited weeks pa after feeling these signs, so don't panic, but definitely call your OB or go to your birthing center para ma-check kung how far along you are with dilation, they can tell you if you're in early labor or just Braxton-Hicks pa lang, and that way you'll have peace of mind!
