This one better not wait, please go see your doctor or A&E now. Green vomit in early pregnancy needs checking out to make sure everything is okay, and a doctor can also help you manage the nausea properly so you feel a bit better.

Could it be the food you ate? Like vegetables?

Could be your gastric juice. Maybe you can monitor how your body feels. If you still feel unwell, do consult a doctor asap.
