ASD Concern

Hi All, it’s my first time posting here and I just want know if anybody here has a child diagnosed with ASD? I have a three year old with ASD and am now 5 months pregnant with my second baby. I’ve read somewhere that one factor that can contribute to a child developing ASD is if he/she has a sibling who has the same condition. I’m now paranoid that my second child also be diagnosed with ASD. Especially since my first born is still undergoing therapy and is still unable to converse. ? Hoping I can get some input on this.

Autism ba yan mamsh? Isa daw po sa paraan para makaiwas sa autism ay uminom ng folic acid para kumpleto ang development ng brain ni baby. Saka monthly checkup ka po kay OB para mamonitor nyo status nya at madetect nila agad kung may abnormalities para maagapan while nasa tyan pa lang. Pray lang tayo mamsh at umiwas sa worry para hindi makasama kay baby.

Nagkasakit po ba kayo nung nagbubuntis kayo? Yung pamangkin ko mamsh nadiagnose din kasi na may autism. Hindi mo sya makausap ng matino at hindi sya tumitingin sa mata ng kausap nya. Pero ngayon 5yrs old na sya, sa tulong din ng therapy ay nakakausap naman na ng maayos at nakilipagsocialize na. Ituloy nyo yung therapy nya mamsh. Bata pa naman sya at nasa developmental cognitive stage kaya posibleng gumaling sya.
