Breastmilk storage

my first time on planning to store breastmilk. when we say room temp, no need na po ba ilagay sa thermal/cooler bag? is it safe in any container as long nasa storage plastic/bag? thank you!

Pag room temperature po, is mga 3-4 hrs lang ang lifespan niya mommy. Kung gusto mo na mas mag last ng mga 5-6 hrs much better na ilagay mo sa thermal/cooling bag. About naman sa container, much better na sa milk storage bag mo ilagay ang breastmilk mo, wag yung kahit anong plastic since may mga harmful chemicals sila. 😉
