how can i pump my breast?

Hello first time momsy here. grabi yung inlargement ng breast ko and then and my big problem is hinde lumalabas mga nipples ko till sa nagkasakit ako kasi di talaga siya lumalabas kahit ipump ko ng i pump😭 any advices please hoho

try nyo po gumamit ng nipple pullee or search nyo po sa internet about syringe method for inverted nipple. warm compress, massage and hand express nyo po yung milk....
