me po.. 1st trimester nilagnat aq ng 2 days.. i asked my ob ok lang daw inuman q ng paracetamol.then sa diarrhea more of saging ka po and dont panic kasi kawoworry mo magtatae ka po.. nawala rin nmn agad after then more pahinga and water therapy po and fruits. but it is best po to consult ur ob . ingat po.
