Low grade fever while 19 weeks preggy

Hello! First time mom here, jut want to ask if anyone experience a fever while 19 weeks pregnant. No other symptoms, just lagnat lang po. Nagworry lang po ako if this will lead to any defects sa baby. Thanks po sa sasagot! Very much appreciated 😊
