Pa help pleaseee, any tips to avoid preeclampsia?

First time mom here, I'm currently 16 weeks pregnant and I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes po and possible preeclampsia. Sino po dito may similar experience? Or ano po dapat gawin para maiwasan po? My OB just gave me aspirin to take before bed.
