Hi mummy, sharing from my first pregnancy experience, my doctor told me to check how much folic acid was already inside the prenatal before continuing extra folate. Mine already had enough, so I stopped taking the separate folic acid to avoid doubling up. Maybe you can check the dosage on the label and confirm with your doctor too, just to be safe ❤️
Hello, century 21 is quite basic for multivitamins which will not meet your overall requirements. Try switching to Swiss pre natal pills or nordic naturals pre natal multivitamins. I think can stop folic acid too! Remember to hit at least 1000mg of calcium :)
yes agree. check the dosage because too much can cause issues too. my gynae told me to stop folic acid because the multivits alr have enough.
